ReplyDeleteIf this is not a zero turn mower it will be no good for one thing, and it is not what we voted for. Cancel the order and get what is needed after you go back to Town Meeting, and ask the people of this community again. !

ReplyDeleteCarter and the BOS approved a $12,100 lawnmower using funds appropriated for the infield groomer to cover the difference. By combining the purchases they apparently hoped to avoid anyone noticing that the lawnmower is not for the groomer.
This is just another convoluted mixmatch from Carter to avoid following the poorly devised plans and process Carter is responsible for.
Then just like others Carter puts out a bullshit story and sheeple in our Town Government like Diane Haley Brooks, Doug Morrison, and Chairman of the Sheeple John Caplis swallow it with a smile. Cameron Fortes, yes the youngest member of the Board is the only one with any balls to call it poor process and ABSTAIN!
Once again, Templeton voters lacked representation because selectmen Richards was absent

Diane is fully aware I think she is all "personalities" Doug is well aware I have issues with his family situation throughout our town government. John is well aware of my feelings towards many of his boards activities. Cam has known my my thoughts since He was a teen.

It's the attitude of the BOS, the group think, the concept that we must present a united front is bullshit. United fronts get you 1939 Germany. We need debate and not uninformed Yeses.

ReplyDeleteWhat "going along to get along" will bring this community nothing but more trouble ! We have not bailed ourselves out of the financial problems we have,and more trouble is on the horizon. The people in this town have a right to expect the truth ! The good the bad and the ugly ! In the past, people in this community have seen it all, and they have a right to expect better ! Change better come fast, and that should start with a full time Town Administrator. For the first time I have talked to a good number of people who want this TA gone !
