Subject: debt/bond lead

The Advisory Committee requests a copy of the latest Debt/Bond Lead schedule. This request is made due to recent additions to Templeton debt; Sewer Pump Station, Water Tank replacement and the many BANs for the new school.
This request is made under the Templeton Town By-laws, article IV, section 5 (Advisory Committee).
Your assistance in this matter is appreciated.

regards;
Jeff Bennett
Chairman, Advisory Committee

Article IV - Advisory Committee of Templeton general by-laws states:
Section 5. In the discharge of its duty, said committee shall have free access to all books of record and accounts, bills and vouchers on which money has been or may be paid from the town treasury. Officers, boards, and committees of the town shall, upon request, furnish said committee with facts, figures, and any other information pertaining to their several activities.

What part of that is not understood by the Town Administrator, the selectmen and in this case, Town Treasurer?
