  2. What happens when the Governor's estimates are wrong ? More than once this community has been burned by state aid numbers that have been wrong. When that happens the town gets shorted ? Ironically, nothing is etched in concrete, so the town was short on funds they planned to spend, maybe that is why, no one should plan to spend every penny they think the town will get.. Yes even in the perfect world of state government, their plans go wrong also. For the towns all around the Commonwealth budgets get cut, again.

  3. I have a question for someone smarter than I............lol. Leaves it pretty open.

OK, so how does the "State owned land" drop $32,000 or roughly 30%. Does the state own less land in Templeton? Are we getting those fee from another source. I know we still have the same amount of land area...............so???????

    Thoughts?
