This certification is in accordance with the provisions of G. L. Chapter 59, §23, as amended. 

Certification letters will be e-mailed to the mayor/manager, board of selectmen, prudential committee, finance director and treasurer immediately upon approval, provided an e-mail address is reported in DLS' Local Officials Directory. Please forward to other officials that you deem appropriate.

  1. Junk in, Junk out ! Bad numbers in, Bad numbers out !! Don't look at the past, but it follows every step you take until it is rectified !! I do believe there is not enough money to run the town the way the employees want it to be run. Gone is the income from Light and Water the Town depended on since the Electric Light was established. That is a fact.
