Notice how even the description states "area organizations could possibly" ...."such as boy scouts, lions club"
I see youth center (which I think is dumb with present parking, etc.) and TCTV as only definite entities on the property.
Where is Ms. Richards and Mr. Terenzini getting their rational to keep TCTV out of the Building.
