How is it a Town Treasurer does not have any paperwork on a project of 47 million dollars? There has already been a vote of the Town on $1,050,000.00 and that money has been or is being spent now. That is a record of Town debt and a Town Treasurer has no paperwork? That seems to be a repeating problem, lack of process and procedure and transparency involving public money.

So, if the town does not have any information about borrowing for the school in Templeton Center, who does ? This was supposed to be a Town project, as Phillipston was not in the deal. So who is making all of the decisions ? The SBC !! The decisions they have made to date have not been good, in my eyes. I got a little information about the Planning Board meeting Monday the other night. The people planning the school are going to dump all of the runoff from the school area into a pipe behind the houses on Wellington Road. No retention pond ?? What is the effect on homes on Dudley Road ? How much water are they talking about ?? Did they ask if they could do this ? NO, they said this is what they are going to do!!! That is your government working for you.
