Article XXX – Class III Licenses
The Selectmen are hereby authorized to limit the number of Class III Licenses in effect in the Town at any one time; said number not to exceed 4.

The one transfer request I recall went before the board of selectmen, it was Paul Cosentino senior putting it in his son's name. That was a few years ago.

I noticed that doing a search on the town website it shows that the MBW class 2/3 licenses were transfered to Truck Parts Inc in 2014.............hmmmmmm

ReplyDeleteNeed to watch this new class 2 business they get a yard full of cars the price of scrap goes up. Then comes the portable crusher in and when you figure out they violated there license the crusher is gone
