Hi Mr. Bennett,

Renee forwarded your email below to me for further response. The MA Department of Public Health cannot, and has not, dictated such terms in any initial ambulance service license. There is nothing from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that requires this of Templeton.

Thank you for your quick response. As Columbo would say "one more thing", is it possible for something to be in the original service licensure for Templeton ambulance (going from a volunteer free service to a fee based service) that would contain such language? Is there a data base that I may look at past agreements with regards to Templeton? Again, thank you for your response to my original question.
