$9,633,416 from Budget Book or $9,690,274 ATM Warrant fy20. Those are the General Fund budget numbers listed. Some simple math shows that our fantastic, spectacular, amazing taxpayers of Templeton were only charged 13.7% extra in fy20.
ReplyDeleteConsidering the Finance Team/BOS Financial management policy calls for 5% planned free cash our amazing team led by Mr. Terenzini managed to overcharge the taxpayers by 13.7% therefore generating about $400,000 in additional slush for him to use to correct unmanaged issues that arise constantly.
People, thats real money. On an average Home in Templeton its got to be about $500 per household all to cover sloppy management.
Granted, this is how Carter has planned to fund Capital over the years rather than create an actual functional Capital account. Dont even get me started on Capital Planning........I mean Capital ordering.
