ReplyDeleteFrom our valuations and tax rate in 2015 our actual rate has increased almost $5.00 per $1000 but the rapid increase in valuation over that time has kept tax rates low, while people bills have increased 30%
A person paying a bill on a $200,000 home in 2015 is now paying on a $260,000 home and paying roughly $960.00 more per year in real estate taxes.
Real $$$$ is 30% more taxes from residents are being collected now than in 2015.
