Last I checked, Templeton has no Queen, only five selectmen who are only effective and only have authority as a body rather than individuals. So one person can claim being loud is being passionate but if someone else does the same, they are nit picking, etc. etc. So before anyone goes calling themselves a queen of anything, perhaps they should remember there are no kings or queens in Templeton and placing items on a Town warrant without a vote of the board, as in acting alone is wrong on several fronts and an administrator that allows this is just as wrong.

When I was a child there was a show called "Queen For A Day." If a Selectman runs to be the "Queen", or "King" it may be for a year or two, depending on the term, but if the public sees these people are not working for the public good, their era on the thrown will come to a quick end. As for the Administrator ? Where did this guy come from ?? This person was supposed to help make things better ? I do not see this happening. I do believe we will be in worse shape by the time he is gone. How a professional person can allow the things to go on, like adding items on the Town Warrant and submitting a Town Report with half of the Town Reports missing, makes me wonder, why is he here? Who sent him ?? I asked our Town Administrator what it will cost us for short term borrowing ? He shrugged his shoulders and said he did not know. It later dawned on me that he does not care...He will be long gone and we will be stuck paying and paying.
ReplyDeleteThe Queen needs to follow the rules and stop making her our rules. ie warrant articles after the warrant is closed. ON Her facebook she says one thing about getting along with everyone and does not. Just wants pity from her friends. Poor me. stop making your own rules and see what happens. You shot at the King on your facebook but that was OK You say one thing to my face and stab me in the Back but that is OK Did you tell your friends about that? Besides most of her facebook friends do not live in her town to see what she is really like.
