On June 24, 2019, Asst. Atty. General, Monica Passeno and I were out at 23 Shore and 29 Sawyer working on adding these properties to the abandoned housing project; during that visit, I took Ms. Passeno to the sites of the three burned out houses (21 Sawyer, 165 N Main and 10 Pleasant), unfortunately the AHI program cannot facilitate the rehab of these properties due to the amount of damage to them. We are still having success with the AHI program, with seven properties brought up to code and all debt with the town paid.

I will be happy to put together a summary with the information for the three houses in question and provide it in a week or two, if that’s all right.
