Recently, I contacted the selectmen's office for a list of elementary school building committee members;
I received the following;
Jeff:
Yes, I do. They are all appointed for one-year terms and expire 6/30/18.

Just read the TA contract. It states his office hours are from 10 am to 4 pm to provide an average of 16 hrs, of service a week for $1250 wkly. he gets 8 days paid leave. $30 wkly for vehicle expenses $10 wkly phone expenses up to $3,000 for attending conferences and plus gets compensation for attending town civic/social events. That is $65,000 a yr. plus benefits. no wonder he is smiling all the time he is putting it to us
ReplyDeleteHas anybody googled this guy and seen what he did in every town he was associated with?
ReplyDeleteI watched the Advisory Board meeting with the TA. The TA was concise, articulate and patient with the questions raised. The eldest Advisory member was abrupt, gave inaccurate answers and unprofessional. Bringing up searches on GOOGLE and droning on and on and on about other communities ( Stow, Wellesley , Harvard - not exactly apples to apples w Templeton ) do thier buisness is a fruitless endeavor.
ReplyDeleteReally? it absolutely shows what kind of person we have running this town, he didn't make the news for just one mistake, it was over and over. Sad thing is the selectboard were well aware of his past and still hired him
DeleteNo doubt as I have this GOOGLE you speak of as well. However, that’s not the presentation that was viewed by me this Advisory Board meeting per se.
ReplyDeleteWatched the joint meeting with Phillipston. To this observer it was obvious that Phillipston has 1. NO lead in its water or any other chemical that makes one stupid. 2.They have engaged and observant residents who ask the best questions 3. Have Selectmen that use their posttion to advocate for their residents. 4. Have no desire to open their well managed finances to dig out Templetons poor decisions ( as they shouldn’t ) . 5. I really like Phillipston
